Board of Treasury May 2d. 1787.—


I am directed by the Honorable Commissioners of the Treasury to request the favor of Your Excellency to take the trouble of conveying the enclosed Letter to Messrs. Willinks & Staphorsts at Amsterdam; being a duplicate of the letter of this Board to them, covering the second Sett of Bills in their favor, on Mr. John Rucker of London, and which the Board did themselves the honor of enclosing to you in their Letter of the 4th. ultimo.—

P:S: It will be necessary to present the second sett of bills for acceptance in like manner as the first, previous to their being forwarded.
