Since my last to you of 1st. Novr. I have been favored with yours of 3d. & 27th. Octr. 1786.—
Nothing material has since taken place—Congress have not made a House since the 3d. Novr. last—There is a prospect of there soon being one. Till then their foreign & indeed domestic Affairs must continue much at a Stand. You will herewith receive the public papers—You will soon hear from me again.
