H prepared this list, which is undated, with George Washington and Charles Cotesworth Pinckney during their meetings in Philadelphia.

2Thomas Lewis of Fayette County had been a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives in 1792.

3Murray, a lawyer, represented Franklin County in the Kentucky House of Representatives in 1798.

4In 1795 Gano was the tax collector for Franklin County.

5Colonel Tunstall, a native of Virginia, was a veteran of the American Revolution. After the war he moved to Frankfort, Kentucky.

6Love was a resident of Frankfort, Kentucky.

7Todd, a lawyer and a Republican, was clerk of the Kentucky Court of appeals from 1792 to 1801.

8Scott was a resident of Frankfort, Kentucky.

9In 1796 Lee was a justice of the peace in Franklin County.

10Weisiger was one of the first settlers of Frankfort, Kentucky. In 1794 he was postmaster at Frankfort, and in 1796 he was clerk of Franklin County.

11Beatty represented Franklin County in the Kentucky House of Representatives in 1800.

12From 1795 to 1802 Alexander represented Woodford County in the Kentucky Senate.

14Brigadier General Charles Scott served in the American Revolution and in the expeditions against the Indians led by Josiah Harmar, Arthur St. Clair, and Anthony Wayne.

15Christopher Greenup, a veteran of the American Revolution and a lawyer, was a Kentucky member of the House of Representatives from 1792 to 1797.

16Thomas Davis, a lawyer, represented Mercer County in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1795 to 1797. In 1797 he became a member of the United States House of Representatives, and he served in that capacity until 1803.

17Humphrey Marshall, a veteran of the American Revolution and a lawyer, represented Kentucky in the United States Senate from 1795 to 1801.

18Thomas Bodley was a resident of Fayette County. In 1793 he was clerk of the Kentucky Democratic Society.

19Robert Goodloe Harper was a Federalist member of the House of Representatives from 1795 to 1801.

20Richard Bland Lee represented Virginia in the House of Representatives from 1789 to 1795.
