[Philadelphia] June 23, 1794. States “that the Director of the Mint would be obliged by being furnished with any French Crowns or other foreign coins of dates subsequent to the first of January 1792, in order that assays may be made preparatory to a procla[ma]tion of the President to authorise their currency.”
