Providence, October 21, 1793. “Agreeable to my expectation, communicated to you on the 23rd. Ulto. the Suits of Messrs. Arnold and Dexter (now pending before the Superiour Court of this State) against me in the case of the Brigantine Neptune,1 is Continued for want of a District Attorney.…”2
