§ Presidential Proclamation
31 August 1810, Montpelier, Virginia. Instructs customs collectors, under section 61 of “‘An act to regulate the collection of duties on imports and tonnage,’ passed 2d day of March, 1799,” to establish the value of the ruble at 33⅓ cents in levying duties on imports from Russia and its dominions.
