The Above named Gent. have at all times executed every command to which the[y] have been ordered while I had the Honr to command them, with great exactness.1
I therefore beg leave to recommend them as officers, that will endevour to deserve any Notice Yr Excelly may honour them with. I am Yr Excelly’s Most obdt Humble Servant

William Harrison; Captains John Burrowes, William Wikoff, Thomas Marsh Forman, and John Combs; First Lieutenants Gilbert Imlay and William Hall; 2d Lt. Robert Pemberton; and Ens. William Schenck.
