1. The additions referred to, written on the back of the letter, were to be attached to the MS mentioned in Morgan’s letter to BF, Oct. 5. A note in the margin of the enclosure seems to be addressed to BF: “I Sent yesterday to the Office: but have since tho’t further. And this may suffice.”
