For the week ending 15 Jan. 1803, the secretary received a deposit of $90,000 and drew 23 warrants totaling $56,575.42, leaving a balance on hand of $35,086.68. For the week ending 22 Jan. 1803, the secretary drew eight warrants totaling $11,710.61, leaving a balance on hand of $23,376.07. For the week ending 29 Jan. 1803, the secretary drew eight warrants totaling $14,130.46, leaving a balance on hand of $9,245.61.
