Sir,
This is to desire you would as soon as may be possible5 furnish Messrs. Fizeaux & Grand at Amsterdam with the Sum of Forty Thousand, nine hundred and fifty eight Bank Florins in order to discharge the Bills drawn in Favour of Mr. Ross, and which will be due the 19th. of this Month.6 Place the same to the public Account of Sir, Your &c
