[Winchester, 7 December 1756]

Memorandum—Wrote to Capt. Hogg per Mr Jones ordering him to meet the Commissary & Paymaster with all his papers, &c. at Staunton the 27th instant, in order to make a distinct and definitive Settlement of every thing preceding that day.1
