MS (ViU: TJP-ER); written on a scrap in an unidentified hand, with additions in TJ’s hand as indicated; undated, but evidently compiled after Harrison reported to TJ on 19 Mar. 1813 that Jeremiah A. Goodman had thus far sent in only five hogsheads of TJ’s 1812 tobacco crop; endorsed by TJ: “Harrison Saml J.”
George Cabell’s blackwater tobacco warehouse was located in Lynchburg.
