The two Papers which are inclos’d not having a reference to the main question which was the Subject of my waiting on you on the 6: instant, were I apprehend given to me by mistake. I beg leave therefore to return the same, and have the honor to be, with great respect, Sir, Your most Obedient & Most humble Servt.
