§ From Josef Yznardy

20 April 1803, Cádiz. The court at Madrid has issued orders lifting all quarantine on vessels coming from the U.S. furnished with health certificates from Spanish consuls and allowing vessels with no such certificates to serve a quarantine “only of a very few days” at the discretion of the board of health.
