Bordeaux, 26 Apr. 1791. Encloses list of vessels entered and cleared in last six months, together with copy of his last. Since then, duty on American fish oil reduced from 12 to 6 ₶ per quintal, its present rate, but expects this to be modified as experience and commercial interest require. Encloses list of duties prior to 1 Apr. and in force since the 15th.
