Not being able as yet to proceed myself to Bedfo[r]d I according to promise inclose you a draught for mr White’s debt1 on Capt Peyton of Richmond for 152.90 D to wit 143.56 principal and 9.342 thirteen months interest from July 19. 1819. this will be paid on demand, the funds being in his hands. I salute you with esteem & respect.
