Executive Council to Board of Trade

[Williamsburg] 4 Mch. 1780. Upon reconsideration of the case of Col. Legras, he is to be furnished with 50 hhds. of tobacco in addition to the bills of exchange already delivered to him as part of his demand against the state; and 10 hhds. are to be furnished to Capt. Linctot as part of his demand. Copy attested by H. Randolph, Clerk of Council.
