New York, September 1, 1800. Has reviewed their request for compensation from the Holland Land Company and concludes that their “Claim is reasonable and moderate.”

Copy, Gemeentearchief Amsterdam, Holland Land Company. In 1964 the Holland Land Company documents were transferred to their present location from the Nederlandsch Economisch-Historisch Archief, Amsterdam.
