Saturday Evening. [Philadelphia, 23 Aug. 1794]

<E>. Randolph has the honor of inclosing to the President the inclosed, just received.1 He will wait <in> town ’till 9 o’clock in the morning to see, whethe<r> the President may not choose a meeting.
