Treasury Department, April 11, 1793. Encloses “a communication of the 9 instant from the Commissioner of the Revenue,1 this morning received, transmitting a Contract with Abishai Woodward2 as Superintendant of the workmen to be employed in completing the Lighthouse at Bald-Head.”3 Recommends that the contract be approved.
