Philadelphia June 22. 1792.

The 15th. inst. being past when a deposit of 10,000 dollars was expected by the Commissioners of the Federal seat, and not having heard from you, I take the liberty of asking a line from you, on account of the Commissioners who wish to know what they may be permitted to count on. I am Sir Your most obedt. humble servt
