J’ai l’honneur de Vous envoyer Ci joint un Exemplaire imprimé du Manifeste que Leurs Hautes Puissances ont jugé à propos de publier à l’occasion de la Guerre qui Leur a été déclarée par la France.
Je m’acquitte par la des ordres que je viens de recevoir à Cet égard, ayant l’honneur d’etre avec les Sentimens de la plus parfaite Consideration Monsieur Votre très humble & très Obeïssant Serviteur.

Les Etats Généraux des Provinces-Unies [n.p., n.d.], a manifesto of the States General, 20 Feb. 1793, written in the form of a reply to a proclamation addressed to the people of the Netherlands by Charles François du Périer Dumouriez, commander of the invading French forces, denouncing his call for the overthrow of the Prince of Orange and calling upon the Dutch people to repel the French invasion (pamphlet in same).
