Philadelphia, July 5, 1794. “E. Randolph begs the favor of Col. Hamilton to say to him, in answer to his letter of the 2d instant, how he shall replace Fulwar Skipwith’s money so as to conform to the entries in treasury department, and exonerate himself.”
