7. Samuel Myers, a New York merchant in partnership with his brother Moses: XXXIV, 238n; Morris Papers, VI, 215n. Myers was on his way to Amsterdam, where the firm had established its base of operations. BF gave him a pass to that city on April 14: XXXVI, 379.
