The Office of Navy Agent has become vacant in consequence of the unfortunate death of Mr Spence. I recommend with much pleasure Mr Samuel Hambleton as a gentleman in all respects qualified to discharge the duties of that Office.1 I have the honor to be Very respectfuly yo ob St
