24 February 1812, War Department. Lists proposed appointments in the troops to be raised under the 11 Jan. 1812 act to raise an additional military force.1

1. Eustis listed officer appointments from the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Ohio. The ranks of the appointees ranged from colonel to ensign.
