19 February 1810, Washington. Recommends John Monroe of Lexington for nomination as a territorial judge in Mississippi in the event that the position is created.

1Richard M. Johnson was a Republican representative from Kentucky, 1807–19. He recommended John Monroe again to JM—for nomination as U.S. attorney in Ohio—on 24 Oct. 1810 (ibid.).
