To Levi Lincoln

Department of State. 18th. June 1804.

The Secretary of State will thank the Attorney General for his opinion, whether as G. A. Selden, the devisee of Samuel Selden, mentioned in the enclos’d papers, died without seizen1 of the Military lands in question, they revert to the heirs of S. Selden, or whether those of G. A. Selden will take them.
