§ From William Jarvis. 12 July 1805, Lisbon. “I had this pleasure the 5 Instant by the ship Robert of Philadelphia Captn Alcorn bound for Baltimore & of executing your Commission for two pipes of Wine by the same Vessel. She sailed the sixth. Inclosed Sir is a Bill of Lading. I was sorry that time would not allow of casing them.”
