Sir

I have the honor to hand you herewith inclosed, a copy of the Treaty of Peace concluded between this Country & France at Tilsit the 25 June/ 7 July last, which was communicated yesterday to the Corps Diplomatique by the Minister of Foreign Affairs General de Budberg, And remain, with great respect Sir, Your most Obedient Servant
