Algiers, December 12th: 1807.

Sir,

I have the honour to inform you that I have this day drawn upon you, in favor of John Gavino Esqr. at 30 days sight, for ten thousand dollars, on account of the U. States of America, for their Barbary Affairs. With the highest respect & consideration I have the honor to be, Sir, your mo. ob. St.
