Sir,

Your friendly attention, to the concerns of the Protestant Episcopal Church, deservedly meriting the Thanks of the General Convention I have their instructions to transmit the same to you. A Copy of their resolution, on that occasion, I have the honour, now, to inclose With great respect, I am, Sir, Your most Obedient and humble Servant
