From Uriah Forrest

Georgetown, Md., 20 Jan. 1787. Introducing the bearer, Joseph Fenwick, his “particular Friend, a Man of the best Character and Connexions.” Forrest will spend remainder of winter and spring in New York and will communicate with TJ from there.
