Edmund Randolph to Virginia Delegates

Richmond Oct. 7th 1788.

Gentlemen,

I do myself the honour of acknowledging the receipt of your favor of the 27th ultimo, with its inclosures. We are not at present advised of any measures which may be necessary in addition of our letter to you of the 23d. Ulto. A copy of that letter is herewith inclosed. I have the honor &c.
