Sir

I have recd your favour of June 29, and have read the Proposal inclosed in it from the Collectors of Phyladelphia and New York and request you to carry them into Execution. I perfectly agree with you in your preference of Brick to Wood. I return you Mr. Latimers and Mr. Sands’s Proposals.
