Having terminated my Canal and agricultural Labours, I take the liberty to enclose for your acceptance a work just published comprising a historical Sketch of these objects.

Poor, Catalogue. President Jefferson’s Library, 1829 description ends , 6 [no. 218]).

On this date Watson sent James Madison a similar letter and enclosure (Madison, Papers, Retirement Ser., 2:62).
