§ Presidential Proclamation

25 January 1810, Washington. On 2 Jan. the president, with the advice and consent of the Senate, ratified and confirmed the convention concluded at Vincennes on 26 Oct. 1809 between the U.S. and the Wea Indians. Requires all officeholders and citizens “faithfully to observe and fulfill” the convention.
