Antigua 16th July 1808

My last enclosing a Return of Impressed Seamen and of detained Vessels was dated 22nd June. I have but a few moments to enclose you Copies of Dispatches No. 1 to No. 8 presuming that the Information contained therein might not possibly reach you from London as soon. I have the honor to be Sir Your obedient Servant
