Treasury Department, Revenue Office, March 27, 1794. “I have to request that a warrant may issue in favor of William Allibone Esquire superintendent of the Delaware Lighthouse establishment, for four hundred forty five Dollars; to enable him to discharge the accounts falling due in the quarter ending the 31st day of march instant.”1
