I am to inform you that the two Bills in favor of Messrs. Cunningham & Nesbit1 for Twenty five thousand five hundred Dollars have been registered at the Treasury in order to be comprised in the payment on the 3d of September next.2
This operation will no doubt be confirmed by Mr Genet.

1. Conyngham and Nesbitt was a firm of merchants located at 94 South Front Street, Philadelphia. The members of the firm were David H. Conyngham and John M. Nesbitt. In 1792 and 1793 the firm acted as an agent for the French government.
