From Alexander Hamilton to George Washington, 14 August 1793

To George Washington

Treasury Departmt. Augt. 14. 1793.

The Secretary of the Treasury has the honor respectfully to communicate to the President of the United States the copy of a letter which has this moment been received from the Collector of this port,1 informing of the arrival of two prizes sent in by the privateers Citizen Genet & Carmagnole.
