From Jeremiah Olney

Providence, October 23, 1792. Encloses “Account of Emoluments &c.… from Octr. 1791 to Septr. 1792, inclusive; together with similar Accounts from all the Officers appointed by, and acting under me, as Collr. of the Customs for this District.”1 States that the “average Rates of freight shall be forwarded as soon as it can be obtained from the Merchants.”2
