Ms (Presbyterian Historical Society, Philadelphia, Pa.). In George Morris’s hand. Above the order JM wrote: “List of Seeds &c. sent for Col: James Madison to the care of F. Maury, Fredg.” On the verso JM’s father listed: “Spanish Shishé / Sensitive Plant / Miginette / Princes Feathers / Tricolor / 10 Week-stock / China Pink / Love lies Bleeding Amaranthus / Brumton Stock.”
