Transmits receipt for payment for cartridge boxes, fittings, and arms purchased for the state of Virginia and shipped on 16 July, 8 and 13 Sep. 1786; the order has received careful attention and should be satisfactory; if further supplies are needed, requests that he be honored with the order.
