Council Chamber, November 8, 1775.
Sir: Agreeable to your request, signified to the Board by your Excellency’s Aid-de-Camp, Mr. Harrison, we have caused Mr. Smithwick to be apprehended, and herewith send him to wait your Excellency’s order, under custody of the Sergeant’s guard who brought Mr. Cox here this morning.1
