Morristown [ New Jersey ] February 6, 1780 . States that Pulaski’s and Armand’s troops are to be incorporated and sent to Georgia. Approves of Du Plantier’s desire to be “useful,” but cannot give him a command. Encloses certificate testifying to Armand’s services.
