[Philadelphia] June 8, 1791. “… Abstract of Certificates Indents & old Emission money received on the loan proposed by the act of Congress of 4th Augt. 17901 from the 1st to 31st May inclusive the Certificates old emission money and Indents are this day forwarded to Oliver Wolcott Esqr Auditor.…”
