I have the Honor to enclose a Copy ⟨of⟩ a Note from Mr. Canning, notifying ⟨th⟩e Blockade of Carthagena, Cadiz, St. Lucar & all intermediate ⟨Po⟩rts.

I am taking Measures ⟨for⟩ communicating it in the usual ⟨ma⟩nner to our Consuls in the ⟨Uni⟩ted Kingdom. I have the Honor to be with the highest Respect & Consideration Sir, Your Most Obed Hble Servant
