To Edmond Charles Genet

Germantown Nov. 11. 1793.

PrC (DLC). Enclosures: (1) Genet’s Commission to Jean Baptiste Cassan as French vice-consul in Pennsylvania and Delaware, 17 Oct. 1793 (Tr in Lb in DNA: RG 360, PCC, in French; Dft in DLC: Genet Papers, in Genet’s hand). Jefferson”; at head of text: “Consulats”).
