To the Senate of the United States.

I nominate Peter Sailly of New York to be Collector of the district of Champlain & Inspector of revenue for the same.

Thomas Coles of Rhodeisland to be Collector for the district of Providence.

Joseph Marquand of Massachusets to be Surveyor of the district of Newbury port.

Nathaniel Williams of Massachusets to be Collector & Inspector of the revenue for the district of Dighton.

William Otis of Massachusets to be Collector & Inspector of the revenue for the district of Barnstable.

Isaac Carter of Massachusets to be Surveyor & Inspector of revenue for the port of Augusta.

Alexander McIntire of Massachusets to be Collector for the district of York & Inspector of revenue for the several ports of the same.

Joseph Storer of Massachusets to be Collector for the district, and Inspector of revenue for the port of Kennebunk.

Daniel Grainger of Massachusets to be Collector & Inspector of revenue for the district of Saco.
